Information we collect

We collect the contact and service information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email, town, ZIP code, property type, organization, number of doors, garage-door problem, requested timing and other project details.

When you arrive through an advertisement, referral or campaign link, this site may retain the landing page, referring page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifier in browser session storage so they remain connected to a later service request. That session information is sent only when you submit the form. For form-abuse prevention, the server creates a shortened cryptographic hash from connection and browser information; the raw IP address is not stored in the lead database by this process.

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The session storage described above is first-party and functional; it holds only the attribution values above and is cleared by your browser's normal controls.

How your personal information is used

We use your information to respond to your request, determine the appropriate garage-door service, communicate about scheduling, operate and secure the website, limit automated form abuse, measure marketing performance and comply with law.

Service-provider sharing

Your request may be shared with an independent garage-door professional that serves your area and appears able to handle the service. We use Cloudflare to host this website, store submitted requests and route notification email. Those providers process the information only to deliver the service to us. No payment information is collected or processed through this website.

Calls, texts and email

When you submit a request, you authorize contact about that request by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing is not a condition of any service.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for service, operations, legal and recordkeeping purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure.
