Look for several of these together rather than any one: rust through the bottom section, sections that flex or have separated, repeated hardware failures, a door nobody makes parts for, visible daylight round a closed door that new seals will not fix, and an opener that is straining on a door that has never felt right. One failed spring on an otherwise sound door is not this.
